TRANSFORMING CONNECTIONS
Understanding how the body holds past experiences, enables deep, long-lasting transformation.
Somatic Coaching is a powerful approach to personal transformation that focuses on the connection between body, emotions, and mind.
It is not just about addressing specific issues but about creating a deeper awareness of how past experiences, nervous system regulation, and embodied patterns shape our present reality.
By working with the body's wisdom, somatic coaching supports individuals in cultivating resilience, emotional clarity, and authentic self-expression.
Rather than offering quick fixes, this approach prioritizes sustainable change through nervous system regulation, boundary awareness, and self-connection.
IN WHICH AREAS CAN SOMATIC COACHING BE OF SUPPORT?
It can be applied to various areas of life, including stress management, leadership, creativity, and relational dynamics. While it can also support individuals in exploring sexuality and intimacy, these are seen as part of a broader journey toward self-discovery and personal empowerment.
HOW DOES SOMATIC COACHING WORK?
Somatic Coaching begins with a personal history assessment where we start to unravel your patterns and beliefs. No somatic work is done in the first session. In the somatic sessions, clients are engaging in dialogue and listening to their body’s wisdom, in a sense of a guided meditation experience. There will be no physical touch.
Sometimes playful exercises can be supportive like acting out “mini characters” such as “the inner critic”, “the perfectionist” “the saviour” or other characters we discover in you.
The sessions provide space for tuning into somatic sensations and embodiment exercises, a potent yet non-invasive deeply empowering practice.
PSYCHOSEXUAL
SOMATICS®
THERAPY (PST)
A SOMATIC APPROACH TO SEX, INTIMACY & TRAUMA INTEGRATION
Psychosexual Somatics® Therapy (PST) is a short-term, body-based therapeutic method designed to resolve issues around sex, intimacy, and trauma by integrating insights from psychotherapy, neuroscience, trauma healing, and somatic practices.
Influenced by Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing®, PST emphasizes the body’s innate ability to heal trauma through gentle, titrated release of stored stress responses. Like Somatic Experiencing, PST focuses on helping clients build nervous system resilience, track internal sensations, and complete unprocessed survival responses in a safe, contained way. This approach supports deep regulation and allows unresolved trauma to release without re-traumatization.
Typically offered over 4–6 sessions, PST uses both talk therapy and somatic (body-focused) techniques to help clients reconnect with their bodies, increase pleasure, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. It can address sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, past abuse, emotional disconnection, and shame.
The work is deep and transformational, supporting neuroplasticity and integration of past experiences. Sessions are spaced to allow for emotional and physical processing.
PST is best suited for individuals already experienced with personal growth who are ready to engage in deep change.
