TRANSFORMING CONNECTIONS

Understanding how the body holds past experiences, enables deep, long-lasting transformation.

Somatic Coaching is a powerful approach to personal transformation that focuses on the connection between body, emotions, and mind.

It is not just about addressing specific issues but about creating a deeper awareness of how past experiences, nervous system regulation, and embodied patterns shape our present reality.

By working with the body's wisdom, somatic coaching supports individuals in cultivating resilience, emotional clarity, and authentic self-expression.

Rather than offering quick fixes, this approach prioritizes sustainable change through nervous system regulation, boundary awareness, and self-connection.

IN WHICH AREAS CAN SOMATIC COACHING BE OF SUPPORT?

It can be applied to various areas of life, including stress management, leadership, creativity, and relational dynamics. While it can also support individuals in exploring sexuality and intimacy, these are seen as part of a broader journey toward self-discovery and personal empowerment.

HOW DOES SOMATIC COACHING WORK?

Somatic Coaching begins with a personal history assessment where we start to unravel your patterns and beliefs. No somatic work is done in the first session. In the somatic sessions, clients are engaging in dialogue and listening to their body’s wisdom, in a sense of a guided meditation experience. There will be no physical touch.

Sometimes playful exercises can be supportive like acting out “mini characters” such as “the inner critic”, “the perfectionist” “the saviour” or other characters we discover in you.

The sessions provide space for tuning into somatic sensations and embodiment exercises, a potent yet non-invasive deeply empowering practice.

Somatic work isn’t the right service for everyone.

If you carry a psychiatric diagnosis or struggle with addictions like alcohol or recreational drugs, somatic work may not be the optimal service for your current life situation.

During the assessment, other factors may emerge that could indicate our compatibility isn't suitable. This could include a strong positive or negative dynamic between us, or the availability of practitioners better suited to your needs. If such considerations arise, we will address them in the initial two sessions.

For an enriching experience, having some prior experience in connecting with your body and emotions is beneficial.
