WHO AM I?

This question is the heartbeat of my existence. While the mind may offer answers, the true revelation lies in asking with the heart.

My life path has taken me from Upper Austria to Salzburg and then to pursue my studies in Vienna, where I live for most of my life now. I love to travel to spiritual places and embark in deep inner journeys in silent meditation retreats.‍ ‍

I live aware of connection with everything, defining this as “magic” rooted in the wisdom of non-duality teachings. In my truth, everything is connected.

Silence is my sanctuary. In stillness and solitude I recharge. You will find me a lot in nature, dancing and enjoying the profound things like a sunrise or sunset, a good book or a deep conversation. There is deep gratitude for this experience of living an embodied human life.
