WHO AM I?
This question is the heartbeat of my existence. While the mind may offer answers, the true revelation lies in asking with the heart.
My life path has taken me from Upper Austria to Salzburg and then to pursue my studies in Vienna.
At the moment I am mainly working as a counsellor/coach in my own practice besides giving workshops on sexeducation for teenagers in many different school in Vienna. I am teaching yoga (not on a regular basis) at Feelgoodstudios and Y.Lab Vienna and also training yoga teachers at Wiener Yoga Schule.
Astrology has accompanied me for many years, providing valuable guidance through life, thanks to my mother's astrological wisdom. Human Design also resonates with me (5/1 Splenic Projector)
I live aware of connection with everything, defining this as “magic” rooted in the wisdom of non-duality teachings. In my truth, everything is connected.
Silence is my sanctuary. In stillness I recharge and find deep gratitude for this experience called “life”.
