This workshop is all about: unlocking your potential!
Discover and explore your full potential for pleasure with somatic exercises and tantric kriyas for some pelvic magic (female bodies - vulva vagina biology only)
Pleasure can serve as a key to an immense source of vitality. Pleasure is our innate state! At the beginning you will learn about not so well-known aspects of female sexuality. Then you can experience and learn a "pleasure practice" to immerse yourself in even more pleasure for your whole being. In a mindful and safe space, explore what lies dormant within you and might want to be awakened! We will focus on breathing, the pelvic space and the "keys of pleasure".

In this workshop we will dive into self-reflection, discovering your needs & desires and the motivation behind having sex with another person. It’s a possibility to learn about yourself and how to communicate and engage with your partner.
You can attend with or without a partner. In the practical part of the workshop you will learn exercises that you can do with a partner or another person to regulate your nervous system, to bring awareness into your body and to open up for connection while staying present within yourself.
CACAO & BREATHWORK CEREMONY (3 hours)
At the core of our being, we are nothing but pure energy. The spirit of cacao opens our heart, together with the healing power of intuitive breath, we can release entrenched patterns and invite the new.
We immerse ourselves in the ocean of all-encompassing consciousness, setting our intentions and breathing ourselves into the universe with deep sound!
